Note: Yellow blocks represent sessions at the Pre-Conference Leaders Institute (Chapter Leader ticket holders), and Green blocks represent sessions at the Professional Development National Conference (YNPN Member and General Admission ticket holders).

Workshop Description:
Discover what it takes to run a Leadership Institute program that effectively fosters leadership development among mid-level nonprofit professionals. YNPN Chicago Leadership Institute is a 10-month intensive cohort program that runs from January through October. Features of the program include: ten monthly three-hour sessions with guided peer learning and activities that allow participants to apply what they have learned in the session, guest presentations from local nonprofit leaders, monthly one-on-one meetings with a mentor, access to materials that enhance awareness of best practices and current trends in the nonprofit sector.  Find out the ins and outs of how YNPN Chicago has been running a leadership institute since 2009 and how the program developed to be what it is today.
